Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit N
Natural anthracite for single- or multi-layer filtration
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit N is a filter material for water treatment manufactured by breaking and screening natural anthracite. The abrasion-resistant material grains are characterized by their sharp-edged surface structure and a chipped grain form.
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit N is mainly used as the top material layer in two-layer filters based on the multi-layer filtration process. In order to solve special treatment problems, it can also be used in single-layer filters.
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit N meets the requirements of EN 12909, the Drinking Water Ordinance, DIN 2000 (Germany) and DIN 19643 (Germany) as well as of the DVGW worksheets W213 and W223-2.

Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit H is a filter material for water treatment manufactured by breaking and screening heat-treated coal. The abrasion-resistant material grains are characterised by their porous structure and a rough surface.
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit H is mainly used as the top material layer in two-layer filters based on the multi-layer filtration process. In order to solve special treatment problems, it can also be used in single-layer filters.
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit H has adsorptive properties.
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit H meets the requirements of EN 12907, the Drinking Water Ordinance, DIN 2000 (Germany) and DIN 19643 (Germany) as well as of the DVGW worksheets W210, W212, W213 and W223-2.

High-performance silica-free SPECIAL CARBON
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit P is a filter material for water treatment manufactured by breaking and screening a special thermally treated coal. The abrasion-resistant material grains are characterised by their jagged surface structure and a rounded granular form.
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit P is an inert filter material and releases almost no silicic acid, hardness or salts into the water. Therefore it is particularly suitable for boiler feed-water treatment.
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit P is mainly used as top material layer in two-layer filters based on the multi-layer filtration process and in single-layer filters for the filtration of condensate.
Akdolit® Hydro-Anthrasit P meets the requirements of DIN 2000 (Germany) and DIN 19643 (Germany) as well as of the DVGW worksheets W213 and W223-2.

Akdolit® Hydro-Filt PS
Volcanic filter material with high porosity and light weight
Akdolit® Hydro-Filt PS is a porous, siliceous filter material for water treatment. It has a large specific surface area, which has a positive effect in catalytic and biological processes. Its special characteristics make this product eminently suitable for use in pre-filtration prior to membrane and reverse-osmosis filtration. Its low bulk weight ensures optimised operational use in economic terms.

Natural dolomitic filtration material
Akdolit® Magno-Filt D is a grainy, sharp-edged filter material with a chipped grain form and rough surface. It mainly consists of carbonate compounds of calcium and magnesium. It is used in filtration for iron and manganese removal.
Akdolit® Magno-Filt D meets the requirements of the EN 16003, and DIN 2000 (Germany).

Akdolit® Mn FS
High-performance manganese removal over a wide pH range
Akdolit® Mn FS is a filter material coated with a catalytic layer of manganese dioxide. It is used in filtration for iron and manganese removal. Akdolit® Mn FS allows a catalytic demanganisation over a wide pH range and with a short running-in period compared with other demanganisation materials. Akdolit® Mn FS retains all the manganese after a few days of filtration.
Akdolit® Mn FS meets the requirements of DIN 2000 (Germany), EN 13752 and EN 12904.

Akdolit® Hydrolit Mn
Classical demanganisation
Akdolit® Hydrolit Mn is a grainy filter material with a rounded granular form and a rough surface. It consists of slightly alkaline reactive grains coated with a catalytic layer of manganese dioxide. It is used in filtration for demanganisation.
Akdolit® Hydrolit-Mn meets the requirements of DIN 2000 (Germany), based on EN 14368.

Akdolit® FS
A natural component for your multi-layer filter
The Akdolit® Filtersand consists of SiO2 (97%) and is free from most impurities.
Akdolit® FS is a dried quartz filter sand according to DIN 4924 (Germany), based on EN 12904. It meets the requirements of DIN 19643 (Germany) as well as of the DVGW worksheets W213 and W223.
